Large-format printing
A rugged enclosure for the modular HARDWARIO CHESTER IoT gateway. We printed it large-format in a single piece, with precise cut-outs for antennas and connectors. The result is an enclosure with no glued joints that holds up in demanding industrial environments.
Prototype
A rapid prototype housing for the CHESTER Clime wireless temperature and humidity sensor. From CAD design to a functional sample in a few days, ready to verify dimensions and fit before any series production.
UV printing
Full-colour UV printing of logos and labels directly onto plastic device enclosures. Durable marking with a white underprint and spot varnish gave the products a professional look, with no expensive injection moulding.
Durability testing
Temperature cycles from -40 to +170 °C for an outdoor IoT device. We observed both the electronics and the enclosure material and uncovered a weak point in the seal before series production, saving the customer costly complaints.
